This is just like a journey into the earth’s core. An exhibition about digging the tunnel from the A.86 motorway to make the drive from Rueil to Versailles shorter also consists of a geological study of the ground and the archaeological discoveries this revealed. This building site is most impressive given its vastness, sophisticated technology, interactive “ teach yourself” computers (bornes interactives) sound effects, life size models…. An amusing and instructive approach to underground construction.
Free admission on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 7pm.
