Climb aboard and discover the landscapes painted by the Impressionists throughout this cruise which will take you along the island of La Jatte, the hills of Meudon, the quays of Asnières painted by Van Gogh, the islands and finally ... the finish in Rueil-Malmaison.
After the cruise, in the immediate vicinity of the Rueil-Malmaison stopover, extend your discovery of the territory by:
- walking through the Impressionist Park: Facing the Island of the Impressionists, this park is inspired by Monet's gardens in Giverny. Perennial plants and shrubs in fresh colors follow one another forming paintings reminiscent of the landscapes dear to the Impressionists (Allée Jacques Prévert-Chemin des Impressionnistes).
- criss-crossing the Promenade Bleue: Walk along the Seine (10km) between Rueil-Malmaison and Colombes or towards Yvelines.
Want to take a gourmet break between two cruises, your visits or walks? You can eat in one of the many quality brands close to the sites.
For your return to Paris:
possibility at 2 p.m. to take a boat back to Paris-Musée d'Orsay (reservations required to be made in advance, on the Explore Paris site).
But also to take the RER A towards Paris.
