About : Balade sur les bords de Seine sur les traces des peintres de la Belle Epoque

From the Parc des Impressionnistes, this bucolic stroll proposed by the Tourist Office will immerse you in the artistic cradle of the banks of the Seine. These places have inspired the great masters of Impressionist painting as Monet, Renoir, Pissarro, Sisley and Berthe Morisot but also their forerunners as Turner, Corot, Louis French and even the founder of the wild beasts Derain and his friend Vlaminck.

Many explanations and anecdotes will allow you to go back in the footsteps of these painters during the Belle Epoque when the banks of the Seine were known for the amusements of boating, cold baths and ginguettes. So this walk will end at the famous Maison Giquel-Daubigny which will open its doors and reveal its history.
