Groups are back in Rueil-Malmaison !

Despite the health situation, the Tourist Office of Rueil-Malmaison remains committed to allowing groups to discover the city's assets. The regulations are of course respected to ensure the maximum safety of visitors, but despite organizational constraints, a day of group visit to Rueil-Malmaison is not only possible, but remains a real moment of pleasure !

New circuits adapted to the context

As of the deconfinement, a new brochure specially designed for groups was published, in order to meet the constraints imposed by the Covid-19 but also to the new needs of visitors: more outdoor outings, original themes for local groups familiar with already the castle of Malmaison and who would like to rediscover the city, a fixed price, which allows even with few participants to maintain the exit ...

An example ? The "Tour du Mont Valérien" a new circuit that several groups were able to test this fall. If this fortress and its memorial overlook the city, it is also a very beautiful walk that is worth a detour. Both "Nature" through the views and the green setting it offers, groups also discover its cultural aspect which dates back to the 3rd century! It is therefore a plunge into the great and the small History during a beautiful walk that awaits you. Of course, the guided tour of the France Combattante memorial is a must and it would be wrong to miss it since it is not only fascinating... but also free !

The Tourist Office at the service of outing organizers

If some outing organizers give up on the number of rules to be respected to plan the arrival of a group and the need to reassure their participants, the Tourist Office, by its perfect knowledge of the territory and its monitoring of the latest regulations en date provides invaluable help to groups who trust it. For these optimistic and reckless groups, the quality of the visit is optimal, because we are (almost) the only ones to visit the Château de Malmaison and we feel privileged to have a guide for only 9 people while the last year the maximum was 30 people !

"Thank you very much for the perfect organization of this Imperial Day which was appreciated by all participants. This journey through time allowed us to forget for a few hours the gloom surrounding. The visit of Petite Malmaison was a truly magical moment !"

Mr. Boulenguez, President of the International Police Association

Benefits that come to the aid of local stakeholders

These are not only good times spent in Rueil-Malmaison, but the restaurateurs, guide-lecturers, sites visited welcome the arrival of these groups. Coming on a group visit now is not only a way of maintaining the link between the members of an association or a CCAS, but also of supporting the professionals who make a living from the tourist activity in the area. La Petite Malmaison, for example, a unique site built by Empress Joséphine, now on the list of Heritage in Danger, benefits from the arrival of groups, who participate in the owner's effort to preserve this castle. The Tourist Office is positioned as a facilitator for the organizers of group outings and as a partner for the providers of the destination... so what are you waiting for to come and visit us ?
